Sports By EM3 will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of any injury, damage or loss of life while attending coaching session and this includes all cost and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.

• Class Cancellations - Thunder, Lightning, and/or Heavy rain
  Classes will be cancelled in the event of heavy rain, thunder, and/or lightning. The decision will be made by the coach at the venue on the day itself. We will notify you as soon as possible if there is a need for cancellation via SMS/Whatsapp and e-mail. If a class is cancelled due to rain, a makeup will be arranged for you. In the event where the class is cancelled during the lesson, the remaining time will be allocated accordingly across no. of lessons left in the package. There will be no lesson cancellation if the venue is sheltered.

• Make-up Class/Refund Policy
  If a session is cancelled/postponed for any reason (to inform coach min 1-2 hours prior to lesson), a make-up class will be arranged for you. Sports By EM3 has the rights to reschedule the time and date of the make-up session. Should you discontinue your package sign-up, you will be entitled to 50% refund according to our company policy.

• Absenteeism and Withdrawal
  Students with last-minute cancellations or those who fail to turn up for private lessons will be liable to a 100% forfeit of the session's fees.​​

• Court Booking

      Court booking will be made by the students as he/she will have the flexibility to communicate any rearrangement of classes to their respective              coach if required.

• Coach Absence
  Should the assigned coach be unable to attend a session or continue with lessons, Sports By EM3 reserves the rights to arrange for a substitute coach to continue with the session(s).

• Payment Policy
  All payments for packages must be paid for before the 1st lesson of the package. Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayNow or via cheque.​

​

• Media/Photography
  Sports By EM3 coaches may take photos and videos of students from time to time for both performance analysis and for promotional usage. If you would like for us to not take and/or use photos and videos of you or your child, please e-mail us at sportsbyem3@gmail.com.

• Sports Attire
  All students must wear proper covered sports shoes with socks for all classes. Students who attend class with improper attire will not be allowed to take part in the session.
